Lapworth Cricket Club play at the Melson Memorial Ground in Lapworth.

Below is a map of how to find the ground as well as written instructions.

 

 From the M42

Leave the M42 Junction 4 follow the A3400 south signed for Hockley Heath.

In approximately 2 miles you will enter Hockley Heath.  Before leaving Hockley Heath, turn left on to the B4439  “Old Warwick Road”.  This is signed for Lapworth and Packwood House (National Trust Property).  The turning is immediately before the war memorial. 

Continue for approximately 1 mile.  Our ground is just past the wood yard on the right hand side, sign posted “Melson Memorial Ground”.  The ground is situated approximately 1 mile before the village of Lapworth. The turning is in between two houses and you will need to drive over the canal bridge and park in the ground.

East on the B4439

Enter the village of Lapworth passing under the railway bridge and over the canal.  Pass the Boot Pub on your right hand side and continue for approximately 1 mile passing back over the canal.

Our ground is on the left hand side, sign posted “Melson Memorial Ground”.   The turning is in between two houses and you will need to drive over the canal bridge and park in the ground.

From the south A3400

Cross the M40 and continue into the village of Hockley Heath.  As you pass over the canal, the Warf pub is on your left hand side.  Turn immediately right signed B4439 “Old Warwick Road”.  This is signed for Lapworth and Packwood House (National Trust Property).
